UNION Album & Band Update From Bruce
The band has recently finished mixing the new album at A&M studios. We are mastering and sequencing and finalizing art work and credits in the next two weeks. We want everyone to know that release is pushed back until February of 2000 and we apologize for that. When our new label Spitfire takes out advertisements in Metal Edge etc., they need to place the ad three months before it hits the stands. Our delays in making this record were unforeseen with our producer's schedule, studio availability, and of course the desire to make a great album; no one could predict that when these ads were placed. More importantly, we are thrilled with the new disc, and of course can't wait to share it with you all. People outside of the record business do not realize that when you hand over the finished product in September, you cannot get it manufactured and in the stores by the end of the year. Record companies do not put out product too late in the year because of the holiday season.

The song titles on the new album are:

  • Shine
  • Do You Know My Name
  • I Wanna Be
  • Everything's Alright
  • Dear Friend
  • Who Do You Think You Are
  • No More
  • Do Your Own Thing
  • Dead
  • Hypnotize.

UNION will take a break in September and news will be coming about possible shows on the West coast and overseas as they develop. Thanks again for the support. Keep in touch via BruceKool@aol.com and visit www.unionasylum.com often for updates.
